I was trying to find slow cooker recipes at the time but stumbled upon this tasty recipe in the process. I’ve been trying to increase the amount of fish I eat during the week and this is a really simple meal to cook.
For Deadly Nightshade Free I adapt it by exchanging garlic bread for a small portion of rice (or nothing at all) and I leave out the garlic. When using the celery make sure you discard the leaves and use the sections closer to the root as it is less toxic. If you are very sensitive to Deadly Nightshades avoid all together as Celery is a Nightshade, but Celeriac is not.
