Mmm this is a great quick recipe (roughly 30 minutes to make sure the chicken is properly cooked) for during the week. I find ginger and lemon very soothing for my stomach and improves my digestion. I usually stick to this recipe without throwing in lots of extras as I can sometimes do on other recipes. To make this recipe Deadly Nightshade-free I don’t include the chilli and instead I add an extra bit of ginger (to taste). This dinner has become a regular in my house!
