One of my favourites, I enjoy this meal regularly. The blackbean sauce is easy to make if you don’t want to rely on shop brought sauces. If you are Nightshade sensitive like me then you should be fine with shop brought sauces but do check if you are wheat intolerant, some contain wheat from the thickener and the wheat-free may contain potato starch (Nightshade).
I typically leave out the garlic (Nightshade) but it still takes delicious. Lemongrass works well too if you don’t have any ginger.
