I’m not a huge seafood fan, I love salmon and cod but I’m not that adventurous. However, I love this stew. I came across it in one of my favourite monthly magazines and it so easy:
Deadly Nightshade warning: garlic is a nightshade so you may want to leave this out. I do and it doesn’t impact the flavour that much.
I personally can’t eat bread either so I serve this with either rice or sweet potato wedges.
If you can’t find a seafood pack (I have a limited shopping budget and can’t always afford a pack) I use prawns, white fish (cod or haddock), salmon flakes and maybe some smoked haddock.
